What is your return policy?

We accept returns on standard items within 7 days of the date of arrival, Items must arrive back to us in the original condition they left us in and a 25% handling charge will be added to any refund owed. Custom sizes are non refundable.

We do not refund postage costs, Buyers are responsible for returning the item safely.

Delivery & Time Frames

Our lockers are manufactured in the UK, we keep a small stock of some of the products listed and these will be dispatched within 1/2 days of your purchase, If the item you order is not in stock it will need to be manufactured, please allow time for this.

Please feel free to contact us before you purchase to clarify the current timeframe as it can vary depending on how complex the item/s are, If powder coating is needed, how busy the production line is ect...
